The spiral wound technique was originally derived from the U.S. military, for application of armored vehicles, tanks and other military vehicles.In 2004, BLS firstly introduced this new technique ,which breaked the monopoly of other brand battery and can be replaced completely. Meanwhile ,we have gained several patent certificates for this battery technique.By using the alloy with very high hydrogen to form the pallet with a special processing manufacturing grid, stepped by suitable matching process of the positive and negative active material quality, making the negative hydrogen evolution process to be maximumly inhibited. Meanwhile, the excessive oxygen generated by positive over-charge reaches the cathode, make reaction with the lead there ,and result in water. The water is protected from loss and achieves maintenance free of battery.



The battery can be normally used at -50ºC, and it won't swell or distort at the high temperature of 80 degree. 
Its largest starting current is as large as 30 times, which is three times as common batteries.
It can be started as much as 15000 times, which is 3 times as common storage batteries.  
It can charge more than 95% within 40 minutes. 
There is no flowing liquid inside, so it can be placed at any direction. 
It can bear the vibration of 4G (33HZ) for at least 12 hours.
100% deep cycling discharge can reach 300 times, and its life can be as long as 10 years. 
Its self-discharge rate is only 3% every month, and it can start vehicles when it is placed one year later.

BLS introduced special low temperature active material formula, and achieves 3 folds of electrode surface area than normal Battery, which reduces the internal resistance to a great extent, and then makes itself to be chargeable under low temperature.In case of high temperature, the grid corrosion rate is usually very high, this time BLS' S cold-rolling pure lead grid has much Higher corrosion resistance capability than normal lead alloy grid, so BLS has much longer working life. At the same time, BLS Can avoid severe water loss, swelling or transformation by cylindrical structure and 50kap open valve pressure under high Temperature, which can ensure its long working life.


BLS serial battery adopted much less electrolyte by 30% than normal battery, at the same time, its electrolyte is completely.Absorbed in the plate and AGM separator, which results in that there is no free electrolyte in the battery. So, BLS can be placed t random position without leakage.

Because BLS has extremely low internal resistance, so it can output high stable voltage under middle and high rate Discharge. In addition, fast charge is possible, 95% plus capability may be charged in 40mins.

When a battery is applied in cell system, it can't be charged 100% after being discharged each time, then the battery begins to work under partial state or charge(PSOC),after a long period, part of active materials will not be utilized, and lose their active capability ,then leads to the failure of the batteries immediately. But BLS's grid is only 0.6mm~0.9mm in thickness, and with its special separator, its internal resistance is only one third of the normal battery's, and its capacity can be recovered to the common level after long period shelf without particular charge method.Moreover, it can stand 4G(33HZ) vibration for 12 hours and 6G vibration for 4 hours.

No matter what the charging model is, once the temperature of the cell is above the absolute charging temperature, charging should be stopped. Customers should configure a BMS which is used for strictly monitoring, management and protection. Properly connect the terminals of positive and negative of the batteries. The reversal charging is forbidden. If the polarity is reversed, the battery will be damaged and safety problem may occur. If the batteries kept unused for a long time, it should be charged and discharged at the standard model every six months. Store the battery in the state of 30% SOC (voltage scope: 3.275V~3.305V).
